HelpLogic includes the HelpLogic User Guide, providing quick access to handy instructions, answers to frequently asked questions,
and troubleshooting tips from within the HelpLogic application, so please refer to it first before contacting Customer Support.
To report any technical problems, comments,
feature requests or bugs that you have encountered, please
click the special email link below to fill out the pre-formatted
form in your default email application. Please provide
as many details as possible, so that we can assist you
quickly and efficiently. Registered customers are entitled
to unlimited email support.

Our customer support team usually responds to email inquiries within 1 to 3 days, although most requests
receive replies the same day. If you are a registered
software customer and do not receive a response after 3
days, then
we encourage you to resubmit your request at that time
(since email does occasionally get lost in the Internet).
